Our Returns Policy

You may return unused Goods to us for a full refund up to 30 days after delivery so long as they are not Bespoke Goods, they will not have been worn or altered in any way, are still in the original packaging and are otherwise fit to be returned to stock,

When you return a Product to us:
because you have cancelled the Contract between us we will process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, however as the goods are not faulty you will be liable for the cost of sending the item to you.  You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

If you claim that the Product is defective, we will examine the returned Product and, if we are satisfied that the Product is defective, provide a full replacement or, where this is not possible because of discontinuance or other non-availability of stock, we will provide you with a full refund (including a refund of delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us) as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirm to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product.

If the Product is returned for any other reason, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirm to you via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
